Hello ,

So sorry to hear of your pain and hope the injections will help.

Here in the South of England the weather has been cold and frosty with snow last

week, which doesn't help with joint and Raynauds pain, but this week we are

going into double figure temperatures so hope to feel better.

Do hope you have some better days.

Larry,

Sorry to hear your joints hurt too - looking forward to Spring.

I am about 120 miles southwest of Lakenheath and I think it's been colder there

than here in Surrey.

All the best

Carole UK (using hubby Doug's email!)

Hi Carole,

Just read your email, I am finding the cold really affecting me this year. We

are near Cambridge and its been soooo chilly. Seems to get my mandibular joints

and makes my temples feel like they are going to explode. Nevermind much rest

and keeping warm is what we need. My parents have just taken my daughters home

with them for half term so I can get a good rest which is really helpful.

Hope you feel better with the milder weather.

Love Ruth x
