Guest guest
, I feel the same way! I now find happiness in the smallest of things. Some of that is that I've been out on permanent disability so my life has slowed down. I can now see and feel the small things, whereas when i was working I was either too busy or too sick to notice. I find that when I start counting my blessings I can turn my mood around pretty quickly. It's hard to think negative thoughts at the same time as positive ones! Oh, they try to creep back in, but I'm getting better at not dwelling. Thank you for reminding us that there still IS a lot to be greatful for! hugs, Jo In a message dated 3/2/2012 10:25:18 A.M.
