Guest guest
Bob, I can only imagine the investment of your time and energy into this project, but it is SO worthwhile. My rheumy in NJ is as follows: Dr. Rihacek 19 Clyde Road Somerset, NJ I started with him in 2000. At that time any doctor that did believe me thought we were looking at Lupus. That is until the ANA and all those tests came back negative. Then they wanted to pass. Dr. Rihacek stood by me. He told me its definitely auto-immune and that it could take years (and it did!) but that it would eventually show itself. I got diagnosed officially in 2007. That's when I found you good people! He treated me telling me that he would just keep treating the process of the disease and the symptoms. It was his belief in me that kept me sane for so many years without knowing the name of what we were dealing with! With all that said, he does seem to know me almost too well know, and I do feel that he rushes through my appointments now, and that results of tests is harder now, you don't get a phone call anymore, you have to make an appointment to go it to " discuss " or, if everything is normal, you get a pre-printed note in the mail. So there are both sides of the coin for you. Also, the office is harder and harder to reach. They shut the lights and lock the door even before 4:30 if they can! They don't answer phones from noon until 1:00 and if you call at 4:45 you are out of luck. These are things that are extremely important to those that are extremely ill. Hope this helps! much appreciation for all you do!] -Jo In a message dated 2/24/2012 2:36:46 P.M.
