My Hepatologist recently started me on Cell Cept which is an immunosuppressant usually given to people who have already had a transplant. I've only been taking it for a week so I don't know what it's doing. I get a blood test in a week (CBC and Liver Panel) so they can see if anything has changed. They considered giving me prograf but since I have high blood pressure from the prednisone they decided to give me the Cell Cept. I'll keep you posted on what I find out.
