Hi All......Per a discussion several(several) months ago about pads, I

purchased a box of the 'thin maxi's ' by Seventh Generation and have tried

using them for two menstrual cycles now. I have always been brand loyal to the

Proctor and Gamble Company for their Always brand pads and I have to say, I

went back to them at this end of this cycle. I just can't take it anymore with

the Seventh Generation. I feel as if I am back in the early 80's(when I

started menstruating) and using old small, uncomfortable, and *bulky* pads

which do not protect my panties from leakage.(AARRRRGGGGHHHH!!) I know that

there are chemicals in Always, but how else can I feel confident and sure that

there won't be a problem with a mess and that I am fully protected? If anyone

else has had success with the Seventh Generation and hasn't felt cheated by

not wearing the technological advanced Always brand, I would love to hear

about it! Thanks for listening!

Hi everyone

In response to 's frustration with maxi pads....I used to use Always

pads too, but when I told my Dr. that my vestibulitis was always worse after

my period, he suggested switching to Kotex pads. I did, and they are much

more comfortable. They protect just as well as Always did without

irritating me as much.
