Guest guest
What dose of Pred do you feel does this? I've been on 4mg now for about 12 months and have been dropping about .5 per year. Last blood sugar measurement was normal and was always told under 5mg per day is classed as 'side effect free'? Guest guest
I'm on 5 mg per day right now, but I've been on and off prednisone my whole life. I've taken extremely high doses for long periods of time and have never been a diabetic. It all depends on your body and how it responds to the meds. Just my two cents. Guest guest
I agree. It is just something I think a dr needs to watch if you are on steroids. There is my 2 cents. If we get some more we may make a dollar ha ha Val ________________________________ From: Stillsdisease [mailto:Stillsdisease ] On Behalf Of Bari Schlesinger Sent: Wednesday, December 28, 2011 4:15 PM To: Stillsdisease Subject: Re: Eyes & Diabeties I'm on 5 mg per day right now, but I've been on and off prednisone my whole life.
