Yes, I was recommended help that may help you subdue and pass your kidney stones, too. My first kidney stone landed me in hospital. Urologist ordered saline fluids and the stone passed less than 24 hours later. . Also, he sold me an expensive salts formula. He said the formula is the same set of ingredients that is in Canada Dry CLUB soda (not Ginger Ale, not Seltzer, not just any Soda nor just any brand of Soda) which is 3 kinds of potassium and water. He said drink lots of Canada Dry Club Soda with lemon to avoid future kidney stones. I began drinking Canada Dry Club Soda exclusively after shaking out the bubbles (which made me uncomfortable, shaking being pretty good exercise). Then regular sale prices broke their twice a year habit at my local grocery store and I couldn't afford it any more. Potassium is as important for people with our sets of conditions and symptoms as magnesium and calcium. These minerals work together which means taking lots of one or two minerals while neglecting supplements of the other may bring on terrible symptoms like kidney stones, migraines, restless leg syndrome, spasms, etc., as a result. In my second bout of kidney stones, they were painful but not nearly as psinful. I took these salts the Urologist sold me as he recommended upon noticing the same kind of pain. When the urologist wouldn't sell me any more of the salts, I found some online for $25 more than the American doctor had charged (they came from Hong Kong). And, more importantly, I began taking the generic of K-Dur, Time-Released, Prescription Potassium, as my doctor had prescribed but I had let accumulate, untaken for years by then, in my pantry. No kidney stones since. Our need for potassium is high while use of potassium by people with our conditions, symptoms is even greater. And bananas will not solve our needs for potassium for many reasons including our bodies are too compromised to turn food into nutrition our bodies really really need. Besides many of us are allergic to bananas which are related to latex (notice whether skin eruptions disappear after giving up bananas, mangoes, almonds, which happened for me). Chelated potassium supplements are available over the counter Be prepared to take one potassium supplement 5 to 10 times every day (99 mg pills, Recommended Daily Allowance = 1,500 mg). May your kidney stones be resolved as soon as possible so you may breathe more easily. toni CF-Alliance.tripod.com/ from iPod touch
