Karmina,

You're a rock star. I don't think I could give up " all " my vices.

I'm supposed to give up wheat, milk/dairy, raw tomotoes (i'm all

italian btw...tomatoes are like a gift from God for italians), sugar,

coffee.

My sugar intake is " lower " but not perfect. i don't add sugar to

anything and i watch ingredients for it.

i'm lucky in that i never " took " to alcohol or " coffee " like many

adults. I'll drink a glass of wine or beer at a party but its not

routine at my house to do it daily. I'm a green tea drinker, but

really find i don't " need " it anymore, unless i'm cold, and a hot

green tea is lovely for that.

Dairy is easy to delete. I never liked cheese anyway. but wheat? Have

mercy. I can cut back, but i don't think i can give it up... at least

i can have stewed/heated tomatoes. but heaven help me if i can't have

some dark chocolate...

You're a total star for being so good!
