Aubrey and others,

I appreciate you comments on " natural " supplements. I tended to believe in

the natural supplements because they were from nature as opposed to the

chemical rx's. I'm beginning to feel much more cautious about them. I do

feel that there are some drugs that do not replicate the natural molecular

structure exactly such as HRT that still make me feel that they are causing

the problems that they are supposed to be curing but I think I'll be more

wary of trying some of these herbs and especially don't want to risk Phil's

health. It's been some very interesting food for thought. Thanks Aubrey

and the rest for your opinions. I do think that anyone considering them

should read up on them before just jumping into them.

Aubrey, Tim, Dirk and you other knowledgeable (sorry if I didn't mention

you by name) people I'm so glad that you are a part of this group. Dirk

glad to have you back.

I eat alot of fish versus turkey once a week beef once Every 10. ,days.

That's all 3 meals. I eat salmon for breakfast with some oatmeal. Etc. I

take a small multivitamin 5 days a week. In case they discover a problem

with one of the vitamins. Hahn
