Coil protocol for beginners

I'm sure this has been posted multiple times but I couldn't locate a post...

What would be a good protocol for the first few times of coiling? I have seen

multiple frequencies, multiple locations, and am a bit overwhelmed. It sounds

like 432 is the most common one to start with - but how long is recommended

initially? And what areas of the body are typically treated?
