EVERFYONE'S GOT THEIR SHARE OF PROLBLEMS. SOME DAYS, MORE THAN OTHERS. YET WHY

DO SOME PEOPLE SEEM HAPPY AL THE TIME WHILE OTHERS ARE MOST CERTAINLY QUITE

MISERABLE? WHAT'S THE SECRET?

SWALLOW YOUR TROUBLES AND QUENCH YOUR THIRST FOR JOY. NOT IN THE FORM OF ALCOHOL

OR FOOD, BUT IN THE SYMGOLIC DIGESTION OF WORRY. THOSE WHO ARE HAPPY HAVE

LEARNED IT ISN'T NECESSARY TO CONTINUOUSLY FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION ON YOUR

TROUBLES. IT IS, HOWEVER, ESSENTIAL TO QUENCH YOUR SPIRIT'S NATURAL THIRST FOR

JOY.

JOY BRINGS ENERGY, INSPIRATRION, CRATIVITY, CONNECTION, GRATITUDE, INSIGHT, AND

THE KNOWLEEDGE THAT LIFE IS A GREAT GIFT. MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT ASSURES US THAT

WE AS HUMAN BEINGS ARE GOOD, AND ABLE TO MAKE OUR DREAMS COME TRUE. WORRY ON THE

OTHER HAND, ZAPS OUR ENERGY, DRAINS OUR CREATIVITY, BLOCKS INSPIRATION,

CONNECTION, AND INSIGHT, AND PROHIBITS US FROM SEEING HOW GOOD LIFE IS AND HOW

MUCH WE HAVE TO BE GRATEFUL FOR. UNDER THOSE CIRCUMSTANCES, BIENG HUMAN SEEMS

LESS THAN DESIRABLE. WHAT HAPPENS TO PEOPLE WHO CONTINUOUSLY WORRY? STRESS

RELATED DISASTERS IN HEALTH, RELATIONSHIPS, FINANCES AND LIFE.

HOW CAN ONE BE JOYFUL WHEN THE RAIN IS POURING DOWN, THE BILLS ARE DUE, THE

CAR'S IN THE SHOP, AND THE FAMILY IS FIGHTHNG. THOSE THINGS CAN'T BE IGNORED CAN

THEY? NOT FOREVER BUT THEY CAN BE ALLOTTED A SPECIFIC TIME TO BE DEALT WITH. DO

WHAT YOU CAN TO FIND SOLUTIONS TO YOUR PROBLEMS, AS FOR GUIDANCE , SCHEDULE YOUR

PLAN OF ACTION, PREPARE FOR WHAT YOU CAN AND THEN MOVE ON UNTIL IT'S TIME TO PUT

YOUR PLANS INTO ACTION. IN SHORT, PROBLEM SOLVE, PRAY, PLAN, PREPARE AND

PARTICIPATE AT THE PROPER TIME.

IN THE MEANTIME, DO IGNORE YOUR PROBLEMS. WHILE YOU'RE IN THE INTERIM, AND

THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO CHANGE YOUR SITUATION, RESPOND TO ONE OF YOUR

SOUL'S MOST BASIC NEEDS..FUEL YOURSELF UP FOR ACTION WITH A THIRST QUENCHING

DOSE OF JOY. GO FOR A WALK, PLAY IN THE PARK, WATCH A FUNNY MOVIE, SPEND TIME

WITH SENIORS, PETS, CHILDREN,  LOOK AT PRETTY FLOWERS, TAKE A RIDE ON THE BUS,

HAVE A PICNIC LISTEN TO YOUR FAVORITE COMEDIAN, PLAY AN INSTRUMENT OR SING, READ

A GOOD BOOK, GO SOMEPLACE SPIRITUALLY UPLIFTING. DO SOMETHING THAT BRINGS YOU

JOY!

JOY WILL REJUVENATE YOU AND FILL YOU WITH THE RIGHT ATTITUDE TO ACCOMPLISH

ANYTHING. IT HAS BEEN SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN TO INCREASE YOUR BODY'S IMMUNE

SYSTEM. IN ADDITON, JOY NOURISHES YOUR BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT SO THAT WHEN IT IS

TIME TO FIGHT THE NECESSARY BATTLES, YOU'LL BE READY AND ABLE, WHILE YOU'RE

WAITING, SWALLOW YOUR TROUBLES AND QUENCH YOUR THIRST FOR JOY.
