I was feeling fine and then one evening when I went to bed I stared having a severe flare in my shoulder. It caused pain up into my neck, chest and back. Scared me but turned out to be just a flare of my shoulder joint and you know when the pain is so severe that every time your heart beats it’s like someone is sticking a knife in it. Well, I increased my anti-inflammatory and took my pain meds as normal but couldn’t be online or do anything but sleep in bed on and off for two and a half days. I think that finally the extra Celebrex did the trick. I haven’t had a joint flare that intensely for quite a while and I was sure thinking of my friends and family here that are in those stages still. So, I’m back to checking mail daily and glad for it.
