change of meds

i am on morphine ir two of my doctor talked me back i to pain mangemnt but

i got a good cute young doctor who doesn't believe in roxy or oxys so he

doesn't believe in heavy meds he did a procedure on me sacroiliac injection

into my spine in the surgery center for my low back and trigger into my mid

back it didn't hurt tomuch but i hurt for 8 days later. these meds the

morpine ir is only 15 mg three times a day but i cant sleep and i looked it up

and the side effect is insomnia i am going back to him next week what would

you suggest i try instead? also today i wento a neurodurgeoun cause my

primary saw something on my mri pressingon my spine he suggested surgery end

of sept cause i have3 three herniated disks in my next and i am losing

control of my strenght in my arms i have like 30 percent use of my left arm and

it goes numb and 70 percent on the right side he sadi if i dont have it

doen it will continue to get worse and i may be paralysis he want to cut a 2-3

inch cut in fornt of my neck and go in scrap it out and insert a bone and

a plate and screws this will help me move my neck balance and gain my

strenth back i am so scard of neck surgery but he is sldo my brain surgeoun and

he told me i can live with my conditon i didn't ned brain surgery so what

do i do neck surgery is so risky i would be in the hospital two days
