I had a sleep study, but my problem is, how much could be determined by

*my* sleep study?

I can't sleep at *night* 97% of the time. I sleep during the day.

I have energy at *night*, I even look better and livelier.

The sleep study started no later than 9pm, & lights out was at 10pm.

I took my muscle relaxer, nighttime blood & pressure meds and then dozed

off and on.

The sleep therapists told me I did sleep, but that I awoke a lot(duh) and

had definite sleep apnea.

I can *not* tolerate the devices that help people breathe/ have more

oxygen. But tolerate or not, I am mixed up about how well the study could've

worked for me.

What do you think?
