Yes it is one they use to rule out Lupus. I've heard though in Still's patients,

that the ANA will come back negative. Correct me if I am wrong or anyone

else if you have heard this.

 

Problems with diagnosing my daughter with Still's were mixed results, where at

certain times the ANA was positive and others negative leading them to believe

at first it was Lupus, but then other symptoms and patterns showed otherwise.

They were at one time considering that she had both Lupus and Still's however,

at this current day, she has Still's only.
