I did not have brain injury or concussion when I got the symptoms as a child. I might have suffered brain injury when I was 18, but I had already been living with this for 10 yrs at that point. My blood tests have always been normal, no vitamin deficiencies or other problems. I had a minor concussion when I was 8 and I was often diagnosed iron-deficient. However, I don't recall my sister having any head injuries and we just discovered that she may have a mild case of misophonia. She handed me a tissue when I sniffled one time, and both her young boys know better than sniffling in front of their mother ;) She also can't stand certain eating noises.
