Hi Soo,

CBT was beneficial for me in managing some other quirks of mine. Especially my

thinking! There are some things that I can look at from an outside perspective

and say " oh, that's just catastrophic thinking... " (or what have you) and get on

with my day. Also, one thing I have to commend CBT and my therapist for-- I've

acquired an ability to use tools when triggers pop up and that its OK to use

them! So, I still need my earplugs whenever I leave the house, but I am more

inclined (sometimes) to use them and other tools before the rage peaks...

sometimes!!
