This is - still kind of new to group. Son with MMR.

How do you use the white noise. We put it in the tv room to see if this is how

it is used. Doesn't seem to help. He still can't stand the talking in the room

between my husband and I or my husband clearing throat.

Not sure how to use the white noise????? I am still researching and compiling

gluten free food to try to put him on that diet. Not as easy as I thought.

Thanks for any help

Hi !

It is for background noise. It might be more helpful if he had an ipod. This way it will drown out the triggers.
