Hi all,

Pretty much the entire time I've been ill but diagnosed and in treatment - some

things have become much better for me, but due to stresses in my life, things ..

hang on, you know?

Ok; what happens is this .. can eat almost any meal and find that after I am ..

ready for nap time! Drives me nuts. Doesn't happen so much if I am eating out

with someone -or not as bad..

This drives me crazy! Hate needing to 'lie down' or to 'take a nap' after

eating! There seem to be some things which I can eat and I won't become so

tired, but unfortunately these aren't meals. I can eat a large helping/ medium

helping, whatever of some sort of fruit, such as fresh pineapple.

Does not happen at bed time, of course, but that does not matter then.. It's

just during the day when I need to get on with things that it is maddening!

I mean .. you o want to eat before going out and not feel so damn sleepy. That

is my most annoying symptom at this point; the tired card, but cannot at the

moment switch protocols due to what I can afford.

I do eat organic as much as possible; do keep to a good diet, balanced etc.

Also I am not someone who is able to exercise and be energized; this can kick up

a relapse the way I am currently. I do stay pretty active as I must in not

having any care giver or a way of getting one via insurance..

So; just asking -- anyone else find themselves at a nap time state of mind

-whatever- after food??

Thanks--

jane, the one with the hound, NYC
