Guest guest
Hi , I have been trying the Gluten free diet for a couple of weeks too. I am still 'Misophonic !' But I would say I don't feel as tired and this may be helping me with how I deal with some recent situations. I haven't run away from situations which I think I would normally tip me over the edge ie. Crisp Eating and Heavy Nasal Breathing from a work colleague sitting opposite me.I wouldn't say this is a cure but I will keep on it for a while longer to see if the improvement in my mood continues. Joanne To: Soundsensitivity Sent: Wednesday, 18 January 2012, 17:11 Subject: Gluten free diet A while back there was info on gluten free diet. My son has now been on the diet about 10 days. I was wondering if I should be seeing any improvement yet. FYI, I am the mother of a 37 year old son who is mild-moderate developmently delayed. He cannot tell me if he feels any different. At times he seems a little less irritable, but I really am just guessing.
