Guest guest
Hi there, I'm looking in to getting an elder care attorney for my parents. I was just wondering, my parents are considering a move to Boston from California. If they see an elder care attorney in California would anything that comes out of it be legal in Massachusetts or will they have to go through the whole process again once they move with a Massachusetts elder care lawyer? I'm just wondering if I should hold off until they do move or if any legal documents created in California will still be legal no matter which state they reside in? I'm guessing it won't since each state has different laws and medical systems/benefits, etc. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks, Holly
