Guest guest
Re your apology , i am sure there was no offense intended when you posted and i think it shows strength to have made the apology. I'm sure we are guilty of saying things at times in ways we wish we'd differently. I think its important for you and evryone to know you should be able to post here and have support and the post on compassion is quite powerful. You spoke of 'triggers' that set you off or bring you down . I believe anyone grappling with chronic pain/illness is particularly sensitive to 'triggers' as you were referring to(in your case, clash w/family) I'd like to ask you what your diet consists of and if you consume any sweets or any 'junk food' and what your beverge base is. Also do you have any allergies or known blood sugar problems. For anyone experiencing fluctuations in emotions i'd encoure a thorouh in depth look at diet over a course of months. This is not coming as dr/medical advice. It is coming from yrs of working with diet after being bedriddn for 18 mos one occasion and another 1yr similar episode and meds werent doing much 4 me. There were 2 hospitalizations due to dehydration and myriad of other probs. For anyone having intractible pain, headaches abdom probs mood fluctuations id strongly recommemd working on diet. It is work and not simple but is worth it. 20 yrs ago i laughed at this. I've been able to prevent and minimalize a lot of symptoms this way. If any1 wants to email me on this pls feel free. Keep hanging on and everyone and know this is not discounting situations that are difficult.
