An apology

My last posting was a horrible shout out to the cosmos and I didn't intend to

disturb anyone. I just feel like a Yo-Yo sometimes and I posted when I was in a

down period.

At this point I am slowly pulling myself back together again. It seems that

events in my life trigger these down periods. Sometimes a quiff with one of my

daughters or just an overwhelming feeling of lonelyness hits me and down I go

again. I'm sitting here in a hot and humid day trying to get myself moving a

bit. I'm trying to swap my place for a few weeks for a place in Hawaii this fall

and if I am successful perhaps I can get my act together once again. There is

nothing like soaking in the warm Pacific ocean for one's Fibro.

Until then I'm telling everyone - Including Netty - to hang in there!

Where does that come from, reckon? I got intensely that way this

morning! All I knew to do was call someone for a little talking.
