You might want to try Overeaters Anoymous before you try drug or surgery for

weight loss.  Alli has side effects that might make your CFS worse.

I'd really like to lose weight and exercising often makes me feel worse.

I know I need to adjust my portions and food choices but I was wondering if

I've heard it's safe and helps with fat blockage. Has anyone of us tried?

But OA *is* a wonderful group if you think you might be a compulsive overater.

Alternatively,and to my surprise, my very overweight cousin found Weight

Watchers to work very well for her.
