I recently found out the my mom's cancer has returned and there is not much doctors can do. I never realized that such difficult news would cause such hardship on my body. I was in relentless pain yesterday and I could not even lay down, because of the pressure of the bed on my body was too much to bear. What do some of you do in times such as this? How do you relax enough to not get sent to bedrest? I have three children and an in-home childcare . .
