Hello all,

I know it's been a real long time since I have posted on here. Life has been a

busy one over the last few years lol. Arthritis has been so so at times. I

really don't know how long ago that I really did post on here. So many people

that are new to me on here, but at the same time people I know are still here.

Just a quick update on surgeries I guess, both shoulders are now also replaced

one in 2005 the other in 2010, also in 2010 I quit smoking and have been smoke

free since. One down fall of not smoking was gaining a bunch of weight, I went

from 200 to 277 ouch lol. I went back to school this last year, yes it was in

computers lol. IT and H.I.T is my course of studies, should be done somewhere

around 2015. When I got out of classes for the summer I stop drinking soda and

have started losing weight again. I am now back down to 255 and aiming for 200

and less. I am taking protein shakes and working out 3 days a week and walking 6

days a week. Also this last week my right hip replacement made it to 25 years

old, but sad to say it won't make it to 26 years. Next may I will be having the

revision done to my right hip after I get out of classes for the summer.

I guess that is just about it for now, I will do my best to come more often and

post.

Oh yeah for those that don't know me, I have had still's since I was 8, I am now

38. I have been on pretty much every med out there. I have 7 replaced joints, my

first being when I was 13 which was my right hip I was talk about.
