Tim & Carol - Transplant panel

I apologize for not speaking sooner about the panel discussion at Hopkins a

few weeks ago. I did not ask your question regarding low survival rates at

Hopkins because the panel was made up of transplant recipient and their care

givers...No physicians were present . 4 had transplants, one was a live

donor and 2 caregivers. Each spoke about there particular situation prior to

and after transplant. They spoke about mild rejection and existing side

effects they are experiencing from their medications. The evening was

interesting but not quite what I had expected.
