Guest guest
I feel for all of us- it's so hard. My father seems to think that my behavior is childish and I need to exercise more- he just doesn't get it. It's so frustrating because so few people do. I'm lucky that my husband is supportive, but I feel guilty whenever my anger shows toward him. I always apologize but that doesn't do anything. Do any of you notice that your anger is greater with certain people? For example: We know that the people closest to us suffer the most, but what about strangers? I seem to get angrier when the person is someone I view as " weak " or insecure- that sounds so terrible but I don't get as angry at people who seem strong. It's so crazy- I just wondered if any of you noticed that? Thanks for listening
