I have psoriasis and spent considerable time trying to understand that disease.. in so doing I ran into a lot of comments and theories that linked eczema, psoriasis and other skin conditions to the liver.. the idea proposed is that the liver is unable to completely process out certain waste products and those finally emerge through the skin causing problems.. though I do think there probably is SOME kind of connection, I've not decided exactly what to believe and what not--primarily because there are about 10 billion different products sold to " fix " those " bad liver " problems at prices from a few cents to MANY dollars a day.. Guest guest
Thanks so much for your input Aubrey. I'll have to start having more trust in my doctors. I tried to get an appointment with my GI to-day but he is very busy and is going on holidays soon. His receptionist said she would have him call me but after talking to her my faith in him has returned. She checked my chart and saw where he had forwarded my test results with a letter to my GP so he had seen them.. What I have seen and heard of him he is very thorough and his receptionist said if he has any concerns concerning test results he will contact his patients. Just have to keep the faith. By the way Aubrey I assume there was a picture of you but if there was I couldn't download it. Very impressive story but we are all impressed with you anyway.. Guest guest
Leona, Glad you are feeling more comfortable with you doc and the numbers. Worry and stress can't help when there is little to be done.
