Thank you April,I'm so happy that you share about your day as well. I know

sometimes our illness is so bad it doesn't allow us those better days and its

hard to think there will be, but please come to share even in those darkest

times because that is when we need our friends the most and we ARE NOT a

burden.I will keep your tip about the jar opener and others. We have had some

good ones over the years and I will have to look to see if we've saved any in

the files section of our home page? But I will start to save them in my files

just in case we do start a page on the web site or to at least create a file in

the yahoo pages or add to if one exists over the years. If anyone hasn't visited

there, you may do so and although some of the information is out of date, there

is much great info there that many could benefit from or be interested in. We

also have features where you can add where you live to a world map with stats,

etc.Hope to hear more great tips from those that have some. I would help to put

on the subject line RE: Helpfult TipsGood evening, PS. Sorry my last mails

were run together. I am trying to figure and fix it. Rather hard to read I

think.

Subject: Re: A better day :0) & and some exp. wth fatigue &

family

, reading your message made me smile. I am currently laying on the

couch. I overdid it today doing pretty much nothing. I went with my husband

and son to the park. We took senior pictures. It is such a beautiful day,

and all I did was walk. I knew I. Was doing too much, but it was so

wonderful to be out and about...and I wanted to be a part of it. I will be

ok after some rest, though.

I have

a kitchen helper my husband bought me

It's a plumber's

strap pipe wrench.

It has a handle and a rubber piece that is made to loop around pipes. Well,

it loops around jar lids very nicely, too.

Sore, swollen, achey hands that don't work right can open all kinds of jars

and bottles

I think sharing some

of the things we do to compensate for some of the things we can't do is a

great idea.

April
