Picking, Lip Sucking & Constant Motion?

Has anyone had any difficulty with chronic lip sucking so that the mouth is

constanly chapped and sore? My daughter, Amy, also picks at the tips of her

fingers until they are raw. In addition, she Always has to be on the move

especially her feet......they have Never stayed still from the time she was

born. This was the only part of her that actually moved signifficantly for the

first three years! She was also up most of the night - Again! I have her on

melatonin but it seems to wear off after about 4 - 6 hours.

If anyone has any answers or suggestion I would sure appreciate it!
