My sister is taking 20 mgs. of Aricept - 10 am / 10 pm. This is double

the standard dosage and was recommended by her neurologist at UCSF.

Does anyone have experience with this high a dose and whether is should

be split as she's taking it, or has your loved one taken this high of

dose all at once (AM)?
