Guest guest
August 2 I picked up my prescription for oxycontin, which I have been on for approximately 13 years. After about a week I realized I didn't have enough pills to last until my next refill. I counted out what I had used and what I had in my pill case at work, pill case at home and left in the bottle and realized I was missing exactly 30 pills. I went to the pharmacy and asked them about it and the pharmacy tech says she counted the pills twice and knows she gave me the right amount. I was afraid to call the doctor because it's just my word against hers and I didn't want him to think I was just trying to get more pills. My husband takes tramadol and someone gave me some vicodin. Separately they are not strong enough but if I take them together they help with the pain. Even though they stop the pain, at night I still get the jittery withdrawal feeling. I have been saving my last few oxycontin pills for when I absolutely have to have them. Now I am down to only two pills left until my next refill. So I got really desperate and got some morphine from a relative, but I am afraid to take it. I should also mention I take celebrex and gabapentin. If I take the vicodin, tramadol, celebrex, gabapentin and the morphine will I die?
