have question

Patti,

Hope you don't mind me mentioning it but which

magnesium are you using?

I

was using a Kirkmans magnesium and realised last week

that it is

magnesium

oxide which is classed as a non soluable type.

Apparently the

soluables are

better absorbed into the system and less likely to

cause diarrhea

(which we

were starting to get a problem with). Just a point to

note but maybe

you are

using a different type to me.

I cannot give you the answer to this just yet. I am in the process

(hopefully today) of obtaining magnesium citrate (we were giving magnesium

oxide which was causing diarrhea) because it is supposed to absorb better.

Give me till the end of the week and I will post how the change went and what

results if any there have been.
