Guest guest
With my RT3 a .03 with the range at .18.-.51 how bad is that? I have upped my HC to 35 like you said and moved T3 to 70mcg. I still have a headache and only have gotten relief when I had to stress dose, then it was only slightly. Does that mean that I should be thinking of upping HC again? or down T3 to 60? > With RT3 that low and T3 that high I suggest oyu dont nee more T3, maybe > a tad less. High thyroid can ,ake you feel as tired as low,. Also if > adrneals are not well enough supported the T3 stil can't enter the cells > so examine your HC dosing carefully! > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ >

Guest guest
Val you ask about my temps and BP. My BP is doing okay. They have been between 130-150 systolic and 68-80 for diastolic. When I went to doc the last week it was high at the office, but it has come down good since then, and I got rid of the 100 mcg and am now at 70mcg, thought that may be reason. My temps are as follows: there are 3 days I missed between temps 7/23....98.6 (1) 7/27....98.2 (2) 7/28....98.4 (3) 7/29....98.8 (2) (missed middle temp was gone) Sorry I haven't kept goodl temps this last couple weeks But I am still having bad headaches today, hard to concentrate. Do you think I should consider raising HC or just hang in there awhile longer.
Guest guest
I think you should hod a bit the temps are never as accurate as if you can get the 3 temps every day and missing one will change it quite a bit. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
