Guest guest
Source: Co-Cure Clarification: Mercury is found in the earth's crust and is ubiquitous in the environment, so even without amalgam restorations everyone is exposed to small but measurable amount of mercury in blood and urine. Dental amalgam restorations may raise these levels slightly, but this may have no practical or clinical significance as the exposure is only when adding or removing the fillings. Most human exposure currently results from fish consumption with a smaller amount consumed in herbal/fish oil supplements. Although there is considerable evidence of the toxicity of mercury in large exposures the scientific evidence linking dental fillings and most diseases is sparse at this time - this includes ME and CFS. As for herbs offsetting mercury toxicity there is little or no evidence in the scientific literature database.
