You need the DHEA but if your estrogen is low it is not well tolerated.

You have early stage Adrenal fatigue, I would suggest taking some

Phosphatidyl Serine to help the cortisl work better for you. That may be

interfering wihtyour thyroid usage. Do yiu have the sex hormones part of

that adrenal panel?

PS opens cortisol receptors so the cortisol you have can work better for

you. This is how it lowers too high cortisll levels but may be usefuil

in low cortiosl as well as it makes the cortisl you have work better.

I was also unable to tolerate DHEA/Pronegalone. It was a combination the doctor gave me. It has 25 mg of DHEA and Pronegalone 100 mg. It make feel out of it, so I stopped taking it. After most of it wore off hours later I felt calm. So, I don't know if the dose is way too high. I am not sure which one I am reacting to. I know I was low on both of them on my labs. I also have adrenal insufficiency. I am wondering what exactly Phosphatidy Serine does?
