Thanks for sharing this recipe and great to hear the real you is back!

I'd like to see more recipes here since I need new ideas. I dug out

some of my old Muscle Media magazines to look for recipes last night.

I'm trying a new recipe this week and will let everyone know how it

goes probably next week.

Great job on the trainer! I think when you have a trainer, you'll

definitely push harder. I've never had a trainer, but the group I run

with on Tues/Thurs push me harder than I would normally push myself.

Now I just need someone to push me with weight lifting.

The last year has been tough, but I'm ready to start back. My husband

and I are going to be in a friend's wedding in June. We are ready for

a fresh start.

Meal plan for today:

1-protein bar

2-egg omlet 2egg whites/bell pepper/potato, coffee, water

3-turkey sandwich on WW bread 1/2 apple-water

4-1/2 apple/ string cheese-water

5-lean hamburger patty/mixed veggies/rice-water

6-yogurt/cottagecheese-water
