Guest guest
Thanks for sharing this recipe and great to hear the real you is back! I'd like to see more recipes here since I need new ideas. I dug out some of my old Muscle Media magazines to look for recipes last night. I'm trying a new recipe this week and will let everyone know how it goes probably next week. Great job on the trainer! I think when you have a trainer, you'll definitely push harder. I've never had a trainer, but the group I run with on Tues/Thurs push me harder than I would normally push myself. Now I just need someone to push me with weight lifting. Andy > Hi everyone. I am so back!!! I feel great. All my enthusiasm for eating > healthy and working out is back, and I missed it so much. I did my UBWO > with a personal trainer today for the first time ever. That was pretty > cool. Have any of you ever worked with one?
