Guest guest
This is a crazy thing too... I have the same problem. I feel like I should be attached to a timer, to much sleep and I feel horrid , mama bear, to little and I feel horrid , the perfect sleep time, whatever that is, not so horrid. Also, if I were to take a nap I could wake up feeling much, much, much worse and other time I'll sleep for days and then balance my check book...check book sounds familiar What a day! I read this a study quite a while ago where they used volunteers and deprived them of sleep, they went on and developed signs of Fibromyalgia. If I'm able to get up after 6 or7 hours I feel better too. But unfortunately, I usually dont fall asleep quickly nor do I stay asleep, plus muscle relaxers and opiates keep me sluggish too, and influence my sleep patterns. I wondered about the fewer hours thing too! :-)
