Guest guest
Cat? You know LA and I'm from NYC recently relocated to Florida so don't know your town. Yes, the laws are stricter and a *lot* is due to propaganda, I agree. It's very frustrating. If you possibly can, how about finding a pain mgt spec in the network, who isn't too far away. Or can you possibly take something like BART to a doctor? In many cities there's transportation for disabled and handicapped people; in NYC it's a good one, while here it is only for medical appointments & during certain hours, but something is better than nothing. :-) Maybe your area has something like *that*? The co-pay is worth it if you can possibly manage it. I am on a fixed income too and things are always tight so I do understand that allright. Good luck. A. Re: Chronic Pain Fuels Boom in Opioids/pandy It's hard to get them or it is here in Las Vegas.. This place cares only about visitors not about residents.. My heart goes out to Netty too.. It's so , so hard. You have to jump through hoops to get a doctor to prescribe them.. I think the propaganda portrayed on TV has influenced this crack down so those of us that need the medication can't get it or forced to buy of the streets. It's a hell of a trap we are being forced to live through..Feeling part time relief and going without is added hell.
