Guest guest Posted January 5, 2006 Report Share Posted January 5, 2006 I have read the BFL and am so excited to start...BUT I am confused over portion sizes regarding certains things. For instance - eggs. Is it one egg? 2? I've seen the breakfast burrito recipe & it has 4 egg whites. What about oatmeal? Is it the serving size listed on the can? And fruits - is the fruit list on the authorize list only what we can have? I love pineapple (crushed in juice) in my cottage cheese. Thanks!!!
