electric scooter to the doctors i hardly ever get out i sure hope you live close

Yes, the laws are stricter and a *lot* is due to propaganda, I agree.

It's very frustrating.

If you possibly can, how about finding a pain mgt spec in the network, who

isn't too far away.

Or can you possibly take something like BART to a doctor?
