Guest guest Posted July 30, 2008 Report Share Posted July 30, 2008 Joy, Acapella is similar to a Flutter device in terms of using what they call pep (positive expiratory pressure) therapy to get the stuff up. I personally feel like the Acapella helps more in getting the stuff up but both are pretty good in helping mobilize the secretions.
