Hi everyone. I am so back!!! I feel great. All my enthusiasm for eating

healthy and working out is back, and I missed it so much. I did my UBWO

with a personal trainer today for the first time ever. That was pretty

cool. Have any of you ever worked with one? Ever since “The Biggest Loser”

I’ve wanted to see how hard I could be pushed, and if they would push me

harder than I push myself. (He did.) Anyhoo, I just posted these recipes

to Body for Life for Women group that I joined so I thought I would share

them here too:

My favorite omelet:

Two mushrooms sliced

2 green onions sliced

1tbsp roasted red pepper chopped (in a jar in vinegar and water, not oil)

1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

1 imitation crabmeat stick sliced

1 egg + 2 egg whites beaten

1 oz reduced fat cheese of your choice

Sauté mushrooms and onions for a couple minutes add peppers, cilantro, and

crabmeat and sauté one more minute. Add beaten eggs to mixture and cook over

med-low heat. I usually flip it and the flip it back and add the cheese and

fold it. Top it with hot sauce.

Sorry I don’t have amounts for this one, I just do it to taste:

Yummy super healthy salad dressing:

Flax oil

Apple cider vinegar

Fresh lime juice

Salt

Sweetener ( I use stevia, splenda would work too)

Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
