Guest guest Posted March 6, 2006 Report Share Posted March 6, 2006 I have an older model of this machine, basically the same thing...... http://www.egymequipment.com/lesq.html I was told that using this to do squats as my secondary excercise for hams and quads was fine. Do you agree? I am placing my feet on the inclined step for both. I was assuming this was a compound excercise, and although I'd rather isolate each muscle I thought I would give this a try. Any suggestions, and if you think this is not what I should be doing please say so because honestly I do not have a clue.
