Hi ,

Well today I took the triyotex in a weird way... opened a capsule and

took 1/4 sublingually. But that didn't work at all and I posted to

Val and she said just take it all at once by swallowing. Duh, I am

so stupid sometimes... it IS SLOW RELEASED.. and would need to hit

the stomach acid to start the releasing. So I swallowed one

immediately.

I had been on Armour for 2 weeks and was feeling worse and worse...

so after taking the triyotex.. after sometime, I felt soooo much

better... like a magic pill! I actually lost quite a bit of water

retention and even got my appetite back and finally felt the fog lift

from my brain and I could laugh with my kids again!!

I did read that someone posted they took it on an empty stomach and I

will try that tomorrow (I had eaten breakfast and some lunch when I

had taken it today.)

Okay, good night...

Please let me know if you take it and how it works for you, I will

keep you updated on how it works for me. Things seem hopeful again.

I think for each 2 grains to 75mcg Triyotex just to be safe.

How wonderfull!

I have been on Thyroid-S for three years and felt good for maybe

three none consecutive days early on. It was where I felt alive. I

had raised it slowly to as much as 5 1/2 grains and am now at 4 1/2.

Any lower and I get very depressed and can hardly function. Anyhoo,

I'm looking forward to getting the triyotex. Ordered it last

saturday, so it will take forever to get here. Sigh!

You are not stupid ~ you are one of the few, the proud and the brave,
