Guest guest
Thank you for sharing that Byron, :-) though I do know that it so happens. I worked with herbs and studied them many years ago, often buying large bags of them,or growing, grinding, and encapsulating my own, because it was before they were sold in pharmacies and groceries. I definitely know they *can* interact with pharmaceuticals, which is why I mentioned that gingko biloba was even recommended by some more traditional MDs and that I had used it myself to counteract side effects of Paxil. Herbs/Drugs Please don't ever think that Herbs are not Drugs. Many medicines were developed from herbal preparations and many herbs can interact with Allopathic drugs. It's just that herbal preparations have more than just an extracted active ingredient and work synergistically with all their components and are more in harmony with our bodies.
