I can't even run 3-4 miles without pooping out!

Sounds like a good plan Andy. Grats on making your goal weight! I

hope your " rest " will pay off big. I think it will.^^

LOL, well, my legs have been pretty achey for awhile, but knees are

good! I have the most problems with ankles, but those are currently

in good shape too.
