Guest guest
hi I am having some problems with my eating habit, I dont think I am eating right. I have never eaten a breakfast before so eating something right after waking up is something so impossible for me. I tried to eat a nutition bar this morning but it just got stuck in my throat, could'nt swallow it ( it was'nt choking lol and same thing happens at the last meal. And also i dont like to do breakfast is because i dont like many of the stuff people have for breakfast like eggs , pancakes and other sweet stuff. Please help me out here Also i was on a very low carb diet before. So whenever i even look at bread or rice I have a very strange feeling, should I eat it or should I not.And if i eat it , I fell so guilty about it .How much bread or rice i should be eating and how can I balance out my meals? please help me
Guest guest
How about a shake? It won't get stuck in your throat. Eggs and pancakes are not sweet unless you are adding sugar or sweetener. Also, these are meals that you are trying to eat so you don't have to limit yourself to specific foods. You can eat other foods for breakfast that are typically eaten at other meals. You can use brown and wild rice and whole grain breads. A serving is the size of the palm of your hand. You need to forget everything you learned about your low carb diet and focus on following BFL to the letter for your first challenge.
