I'm at the end of my 12 weeks and my biceps have made the least gains of all muscle groups. I've only increased my dumbell weight by 5lbs since I started. I've made awesome gains in every other muscle group, but the biceps won't budge. It's the second to last group I do on my Upper Body workout days. Guest guest Posted April 30, 2006 Report Share Posted April 30, 2006 The way the bfl workout is designed, you are working your larger muscle groups down to your smaller. Your biceps play a role in your back exercises, so I wouldn't do your biceps first because then you won't have an effective back workout. I would just play around with the weight you are using a little more and also examine when you are eating your foods to make sure you have plenty of energy (i.e. glycogen stored up).
