I thought about posting something similar to this. I'm at the end of

my 12 weeks and my biceps have made the least gains of all muscle

groups. I've only increased my dumbell weight by 5lbs since I

started. I've made awesome gains in every other muscle group, but

the biceps won't budge. It's the second to last group I do on my

Upper Body workout days. Maybe I'll move it closer to the beginning

for the next challenge.

The way the bfl workout is designed, you are working your larger

muscle groups down to your smaller. Your biceps play a role in your

back exercises, so I wouldn't do your biceps first because then you

won't have an effective back workout.

I would just play around with the weight you are using a little more

and also examine when you are eating your foods to make sure you have

plenty of energy (i.e. glycogen stored up).

well, that makes sense.. except i usually workout on empty stomach

in the morning because I need all the fatloss help i can get.. thanx
